Occasionally sessions need to be changed or cancelled. Sessions can be cancelled or change up to 24 hours before the session start time. If you cancelled a session within 24 hours before the session start time, the full fee is still payable. Exceptional circumstances will be considered and looked at on a case-by-case basis. If I need to cancel a session, I will do my very best to give you as much notice as possible and no fees are payable.
